These Terms and Conditions (or “Agreement”) is applicable to the users of our website www.fresheats.in ("Website"), Mobile application on iOS or Android devices including phones, tablets or any other electronic device (collectively known as "Fresh Eats App") and the mobile site - www.m.fresheats.in  ("Msite"); whereas the Website, the Fresh Eats App and the Msite are collectively referred to as the "Platform".


By the means of this Agreement, wherever the situation is applicable, the “User” of this agreement shall mean any natural or legal person who uses the platform and/or buys any products from Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“Fresh Eats” or “We” or “Us”) is liable to comply with these terms and conditions.


USER CONSENT:  Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd.demands you to read and understand this Agreement carefully whenever you visit/use the Platform to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions governing the use of the Platform and / or the purchase of our Products described below. We do not change or alter this agreement in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with us for other products or services. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any other agreement executed with you, the terms of such other agreement shall prevail in relation to the subject matter thereof.


If you do not agree with this Agreement (including any policies or guidelines referred to herein), you may immediately terminate your use of the Platform.


ELIGIBILITY:  You hereby agrees that you have at least eighteen (18) years of age and are completely able to read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.Farmour Ventures Pvt Ltd  reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse access to the Platform, if you are below eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise incompetent to contract as per applicable law.


TERMS OF USE :  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our Platform, subject to the terms of this Agreement. You hereby confirm that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the Platform or interfere with or try to disrupt the Platform.


You understand and accept that all information, data, script, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio, video, message or other material appearing on the Platform including the brand name –Fresh Eats (collectively, “Content”) are owned by Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or it's licensors. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without the express written consent of Farmour Ventures Pvt Ltd or it's licensors. The Content, buy any means cannot be copied or reproduced in any form except as otherwise stated in this agreement. Prior written permission of Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or the appropriate licensor is mandatory in any other scenario contradictory to the above case. All copywriters and other proprietary notices in the content should be maintained and any kinds of modifications are strictly restricted in case permission is needed to copy, distribute or download the same only for your personal use and must be compulsorily non-commercial.


You are not authorized to copy or transfer any data or information to any platform or server without the written permission of Farmour Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Violation of any of the above terms will lead to the termination of any permission granted under this agreement without any prior notice. On that case, distraction of any downloaded or printed content is mandatory. You are entitled not to use any content on our platform in any manner that belongs to any other person or legal entity.
